POLICY
Cancellation Policy
If you make a direct booking with us, our standard cancellation policy requires guests to provide notice at least 6 days in advance of the booking start date to avoid incurring a penalty. However, we understand that plans can change suddenly. If you need assistance amending or cancelling your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly staff.
