We carefully select and acquire a high-potential Serviced Accommodation property, ensuring it meets our strict investment criteria for strong returns. We conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments before proceeding with any purchase, giving investors confidence in the property’s potential.

Adding Value & Setting Up for Serviced Accommodation

Once the property is secured, we oversee refurbishments, layout improvements, and design enhancements to increase its market appeal and value. We also handle the full furnishing and styling process, ensuring the property is set up to attract high-quality guests and corporate clients, leading to higher occupancy and premium rates.

Running as a Serviced Accommodation Business

After the setup is complete, we list the property on major booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and our Direct Booking Channels. We take care of dynamic pricing, guest communication, property maintenance, and daily operations, ensuring smooth management and consistent revenue generation.

Generating & Sharing Profits

Profits are shared monthly between the investor and Your Lettings as per our agreement. As the business stabilises, we prioritise returning the investor’s initial capital while maintaining strong cash flow. Once the initial investment is fully repaid, all future profits are shared 50/50, creating a true win-win partnership.

Long-Term Growth: Refinancing or Exit Strategy

After successfully running the property as Serviced Accommodation, we explore long-term growth options such as refinancing, reinvesting, or selling the property.
